ISTANBUL, Feb 7 (Reuters) – President Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday declared as a disaster zone the 10 provinces affected by the devastating earthquakes in southern Turkey, imposing a state of emergency in the region for Lawyer istanbul three months.
